As reported in the July 27, 2015 edition of the Providence Journal, the Cranston Police Department have arrested two (2) men in connection with a charity scam. Police Chief Conviction Upheld
As reported by Katie Mulvaney in the May 27, 2015 edition of the Providence Journal, the former North Providence Police Chief’s felony conviction was upheld by the Rhode Island Supreme Court. As reported by Katie Mulvaney in the September 4, 2014 edition of the Providence Journal, a former state representative has been sentenced. He was previously found guilty by a jury of unlawful appropriation of funds. He was found not guilty of embezzlement and obtaining money under false pretenses. Police Arrest Men for Theft of Brass Handrails
As reported by Gregory Smith in the October 23, 2013 edition of the Providence Journal, two (2) Warwick men have been arrested and charged with attempted felony larceny and vandalism.
