Narragansett Felony Amended to Misdemeanor
In December of 2010, our Client was charged by the Narragansett Police with (1) one count of felony breaking and entering and (2) two counts of misdemeanor larceny under $500.00. Portsmouth Road Rage Incident
As reported in the March 17, 2011 edition of the Sakonnet Times, a Portsmouth man was arrested at Clements' Market following a road rage incident. According to the victim, the man tailgated her car, made obscene gestures and sideswiped her vehicle, causing damage to the mirror. Newport St. Patrick's Day Parade Alcohol Arrests
As reported by Tracy Breton in the March 14, 2011 edition of the Providence Journal, nearly one hundred (100) people were arrested in Newport over the weekend. During the St. Patrick's Day parade and ensuing celebration, Newport Police arrested ninety-five (95) people for various offenses. Providence Driving and Drug Charges
