Richmond Man Pleads in DUI Death Case
As reported by Donita Naylor in the September 8, 2014 edition of the Providence Journal, a Richmond man entered a plea to a charge of drunk driving – death resulting . He was sentenced to fifteen (15) years at the ACI with eight (8) years to serve, seven (7) years suspended with probation. He will lose his license for five (5) years once he is released from prison. Providence Man Found Guilty of Killing Dog and Assaulting Girlfriend
As reported by Alisha Pina in the September 11, 2014 edition of the Providence Journal, a Providence man has been found guilty of several domestic charges including assault, vandalism, failure to relinquish a telephone and malicious injury to animals. As reported by Gregory Smith in the September 10, 2014 edition of the Providence Journal, a Fall River man previously entered a plea to charges of drunk driving – death resulting and driving to endanger – death resulting. As reported by Katie Mulvaney in the September 4, 2014 edition of the Providence Journal, a former state representative has been sentenced. He was previously found guilty by a jury of unlawful appropriation of funds. He was found not guilty of embezzlement and obtaining money under false pretenses.
