I was arrested by the Police and charged with DUI and Refusal. I could not have any criminal record and still keep my job. I knew I need an attorney who was highly skilled in drunk driving defense. Attorney Humphrey thoroughly examined my case and because of his experience, he was able to get the DUI dismissed and then expunged. The Refusal charge was scheduled for a trial date, but immediately before trial, it too was dismissed.
