Thank you again for representing me during my expungement hearing. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism, expertise and attention to detail that your law firm demonstrated. Although I hope never to return to 6th District Court, if I find myself ever needing a lawyer - or if someone I know needs one - your law firm will receive my highest recommendation.- D.K.A.

As a student at URI, I was deeply concerned when the Narragansett Police charged me with two (2) felonies and a misdemeanor. I feared that I would be expelled from school and quite possibly have to serve lengthy jail time. Fortunately, my parents contacted you. Based on your reputation with the Court and the Department of Attorney General and your trial advocacy skills, the felony charges were dismissed and the plea disposition agreement that I entered into did not result in a criminal conviction. Since this unfortunate event, I have turned my life around and I am helping others struggling with addiction. I would strongly recommend your law firm to anyone whose life is in jeopardy because of criminal charges. You truly saved my life!!- Brad

I was arrested for drunk driving with high BAC readings. As active duty military, I knew a criminal conviction would destroy my career. I was referred to Attorney Humphrey by a fellow soldier who told me what a great lawyer he was. He could not have been more right! Attorney Humphrey worked tirelessly on my case. Although I didn't qualify for the Veterans Diversion Program, he was able to use his skill and knowledge of the criminal system so I avoided a criminal conviction. Anyone arrested for drunk driving should call Attorney Humphrey.- Jeremy

Thank you, Bob and Kimberly. My birthday is tomorrow and this is a great birthday gift. While I would have preferred to have this not happen to me at all, your law firm made the process understandable, bearable, and expedient. I hope to not have to recommend you to family/friends in the future, but know for sure that if this unfortunate incident happens to any of them, I will be sure to recommend you without hesitation.- E.
