RI Trial Lawyer Humphrey - Trial Advocacy Lecture

It is a great honor to have once again had the opportunity to teach the trial lawyers of the State of Rhode Island at the NBI seminar on Effective Case Presentation at Trial. This seminar is designed to provide trial lawyers of all levels of experience with the necessary practical tips on trial preparation and persuasive arguments. Based on my experience as a trial lawyer and trial advocacy teacher, I was able to discuss with the Rhode Island trial lawyers present, the need for thorough preparation for trial and the necessary technical skills to effectively present their case to the court. The seminar focused on the verbal and non-verbal communication in the courtroom and how to get the best out of witnesses through both direct examination and cross examination.

Thorough preparation, experience and skill are necessary to successfully defend any client in court. If you or a family member has been charged with a crime, including but not limited to, drunk driving ( DUI, DWI, OUI) or refusal to submit to a chemical test or any other criminal offense, please allow attorney Robert H. Humphrey's reputation, experience and skill to successfully guide you through the legal process. Please contact Robert H. Humphrey at 401-816-5862 or e-mail him at rhh@rhumphreylaw.com today.
