County Bar Association, and the Rhode Island District Court Prosecutors
Association on DUI: Beyond the Basics and Attorney Humphrey's article
Drunk Driving: Beyond the Basics" was published in the May/June, 2010 edition of the Rhode Island
Attorney Humphrey has also lectured the prosecutors and defense attorneys
for the Rhode Island Bar Association at the Bar Association's annual
meeting regarding "
Refusal Cases: Beyond the Basics". Attorney Humphrey's article entitled
Rhode Island DUI Conditional Hardship Licenses was published in the January/February, 2015 edition of the Rhode Island
Bar Journal and analyzes the ability of individuals charged with DUI or
Refusal to submit to a chemical test to obtain work licenses.
