Up to thirty (30) years imprisonment;
A fine of $3,000.00 to $100,000.00; and/or
Both

Possession with Intent to Deliver or Manufacture – Schedule III/IV

Up to twenty (20) years imprisonment;
Up to $40,000.00 fine; and/or
Both.

Possession with Intent to Deliver or Manufacture – Schedule V

Up to one (1) year imprisonment;
Up to $10,000.00 fine; and/or
Both.
