URI Child Pornography Arrest

As reported by Richard C. Dujardin in the August 9, 2012 edition of the Providence Journal, a URI employee has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. The man was arrested after he was observed viewing child pornography on his work computer. An investigation of his work computer found deleted images of child pornography. The man's home computer was also confiscated.

(3) Knowingly reproduce any child pornography by any means, including the computer; or

(4) Knowingly possess any book, magazine, periodical, film, videotape, computer disk, computer file or any other material that contains an image of child pornography.
