Drug Dealing : A Family Business
As reported by Jack Perry in the November 3, 2010 edition of the Providence Journal, two (2) women were arrested for drug charges. Central Falls Police arrested the women as part of an undercover operation. When the women were arrested, they were found with crack cocaine.
The women, sisters, were selling the cocaine from their car. Inside the car were their four (4) young children. The children were placed in DCYF custody following their mothers' arrest. One woman was charged with delivery of cocaine and controlled substance delivery. Her sister was charged with three counts of delivery of cocaine and three counts of controlled substance conspiracy. A man, arrested with the sisters was also charged.
