| Richmond, RI Woman Charged with OUI |
In the February 15, 2010, Providence Journal, reporter Mike Stanton, reports that a Richmond woman involved in an accident in Foxboro, Massachusetts has been charged with a second offense Operating under the Influence of Alcohol charge and a charge of
Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol resulting in Serious Injury. During the
alcohol-related accident, the passenger of the vehicle was ejected and he was injured when the truck rolled over him. Both the operator and the passenger were transported to Rhode Island Hospital to treat their injuries.
