- Up to one (1) year imprisonment;
- A fine of not less than $200.00 and not more than $500.00; and/or
- Both
Possession of Marijuana - Second or Subsequent Offense
(less than 1 kilogram)
- Misdemeanor;
- Up to one (1) year imprisonment;
- A fine of not less than $200.00 and not more than $500.00; and/or both;
- One hundred (100) hours of community service; and
- Drug counseling and education program.
Possession of Marijuana (1 kilogram to 5 kilograms)
- Felony;
- Up to fifty (50) years imprisonment; and
- A fine of not more than $500,000.00.
